The 42nd annual Human Rights Award honored Maine Governor Janet Mills, former DOJ Pardon Attorney Elizabeth Oyer, and immigration reform activist Jeanette Vizguerra.
This year’s laureates were recognized during a public ceremony on June 5 in the Russell Senate Office Building.
